Position- Design Engineer - Transmission Line
Location- Chennai & Delhi
SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
To deliver accurate, compliant, and constructible designs for transmission line towers, foundations, and associated structures, ensuring timely execution in line with project schedules, budgets, and engineering standards through effective coordination with design and project teams.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design Input & Analysis
Collect and verify project specifications, survey, and environmental data.
Perform preliminary calculations (sag-tension, loads, structural checks).
Select materials, components, and tower types based on standards.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation.
