Responsibilities

  • Support technical resolutions on existing product lines (technical troubleshooting, MRB, compliance verification, performance analyses)
  • Design with composite materials (cutting & kitting, ply definition & orientation, layup & curing methods & techniques)
  • Advise on technical compliance for new and existing products
  • Functional analysis on new and developing designs
  • Generate 3D modeling of components and collaborate with drafting teammates to develop 2D drawings
  • Sustainment engineering involves taking stakeholder feedback, defining the problem, a technical solution, and an estimated completion date
