We are Looking for Design Engineer – Solid Works

No. of Positions: 2–3 Year

·Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

·Experience: 2–5 years

·Software Skills: SolidWorks, AutoCAD

·Job Type: Full-time

·Salary: As per candidate capability

Key Skills Required:

Job Description: -

a. Good knowledge of GD & T (tolerance ) Good knowledge of Solidworks.

b. Core knowledge of mechanical design

c. Good knowledge of machine design.

d. Good knowledge of drafting and manufacturing drawing.

e. Good understanding of machine design and manufacturing drawings.

f. Over all responsibility of project like-Machine design, manufacturing drawing, machine assembly, machine testing & trial, Machine validation,

machine installation at customer end, machine hand over MOM sign off with customer.

g. Good knowledge of tolerances and fits as per ISO standard in manufacturing drawings.

h. Good knowledge of materials.

i. Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics with diagrams.

j. Quality inspection of all machine parts as per drawings and tolerances.

k. Machine assemblies as per drawings and tolerances.

l. Machine installation and commissioning at customer end as per customer requirements.

m. MOM sign off with customer after project completion.

n. Good understanding of team leading.

o. Good knowledge of quality checking tools like- Digital Vernier caliper, Digital Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial test indicator, Puppy Dial, Slip Gauge, Angle protractor, etc.

p. Project completion under time line.

q. Good communication with team members and customers.
