design and drafting: develop and prepare detailed engineering designs and technical drawings for various projects, focusing on structural and civil solutions (including rcc and peb structures). use cad (computer-aided design) software to create precise and accurate design models, 2d drawings, and blueprints. structural analysis & modelling: utilize specialized structural analysis software like staad pro and etabs to perform design calculations, structural modelling, and analysis for stability and load-bearing capacity. apply knowledge of fabrication detailing requirements to ensure designs are practical and constructible. software proficiency: execute drawing and modeling tasks efficiently using software tools, specifically autocad and revit (bim), for design visualization and documentation. project coordination: assist the senior team with project coordination, liaising with the site team, architects, and project managers to integrate design plans with construction execution. documentation and reporting: maintain accurate records of all design calculations, revisions, and project specifications. prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and design documentation promptly. compliance & quality: ensure all designs adhere to relevant indian standards (is codes), safety regulations, and project quality specifications
