DESIGN ENGINEER II TRANSPORTATION – HIGHWAY & ROADWAY OHIO POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group is actively seeking a creative, highly talented and self-motivated Design Engineer to join our Ohio Transportation Highway & Roadway Group. A qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Civil Engineering specific to roadway and highway design, drainage design, pavement design, and the preparation of construction documents, including plans, specifications and construction estimates.
