Typical Responsibilities

  • To become fully competent, through in‑house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
  • To represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
  • To always maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
  • To ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored, and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Implement Company design procedures with the relevant stakeholders, ensure there is a full understanding of the scope documents, and the system design is fully compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
