Design Engineer

Job description:

• Develop and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and NX.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for production.
• Interpret design specifications, customer samples, or sketches into manufacturing-ready designs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and purchase teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain design records, drawing revisions, and documentation as per ISO/industry standards.
• Assist in product development, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  Requirements:

• Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Brass Manufacturing Industry.
• Female Candidate

  Software Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks  and NX (Siemens NX)  is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, File Management, etc.).

  Knowledge of:

• Engineering drawings, GD&T.

  Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management.

  Salary:  Up to 30,000/- per month
