Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 514 years of hands-on experience in designing and coordinating building services for Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. Candidates with exposure to high-end luxury developments will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed MEP designs (HVAC / Electrical / ELV / Plumbing & Fire Fighting as applicable).
- Coordinate design inputs across disciplines to ensure fully integrated MEP solutions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to resolve design issues.
