1. Understanding requirement of client thoroughly.2. Discuss the same with superior and colleagues.3. Imagine the design concept or layout & design on paper.4. After doing basic calculations without flaw, he should transfer it to software.4. Rechecking the design with superiors.5. Cross check design with client requirement.6. Taking confirmation from client with interaction over the phone & mail.7. Execute design with production or vendors.8. All the above should be completed within desired time and recording of each stage should bedone.
