Key Responsibilities
Handle

design & development

tasks for light road construction equipment
Work on

product sustenance and new product development (NPI)

projects
Understand technical issues and develop

practical, manufacturable design concepts
Ensure solutions meet

cost, quality, and timeline

targets
Take

ownership of project deliverables

for self and team
Strong understanding of

manufacturing processes

– machining, forming, casting, and surface treatment
Ability to design

cost-optimized components

with

DFM/DFA principles
