About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the Johnson Pump Marine product line, with a focus on seawater engine cooling pumps. In this role, you will drive product development, manage projects from concept through to start of production (SOP), and provide vital engineering support to our internal sales teams, OEM customers, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, design, and project management of the JP Marine product portfolio.

  • Manage projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and collaboration with the Engineering Manager.

  • Work closely with sales, operations, product management, and customer support to deliver technical expertise and solutions.
