Experience - Min. 4+ yrs. in PEB Manufacturing Plant

Salary - Upto - 4.8 LPA

Location - Pune

Job Description

Design primary (columns, rafters, portals) and secondary (purlins, girts, bracings) structures for PEB projects.

Perform structural analysis for load calculations (wind, seismic, live, dead loads, etc.).

Ensure compliance with IS, AISC, MBMA, AWS, ASTM, and BIS standards for PEB design.

Optimize material usage to reduce costs while maintaining structural integrity. Develop GA (General Arrangement) drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.

Create 3D models, assembly drawings, and erection plans using CAD software.

Ensure all designs are manufacturing-friendly for ease of fabrication and erection. Use AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Staad Pro, MBS (Metal Building Software), and Revit for designing and modeling.

Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and connection design calculations.

Check for clashes in assembly and rectify issues before manufacturing. Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are practical for fabrication.

Provide technical support to site engineers during erection and installation.

Address any design modifications or site challenges that arise during execution.
