Job Description

The MEPFS Design Engineer supports the company’s real estate developments by preparing small in‑house MEPFS designs and leading the technical review, coordination, and value engineering of designs prepared by external MEPFS consultants. The role ensures all MEPFS solutions align with the developer’s commercial, operational, and quality objectives while meeting applicable codes and project requirements across multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Responsibilities

In‑House Design

  • Prepare MEPFS concepts and detailed designs for small‑scale projects and early design stages.
  • Develop layouts, calculations, technical drawings, and design narratives in compliance with local codes and company standards.
  • Review MEPFS designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications submitted by external consultants.
