Job Description
Experience: 3-12 Years
Design & Development: Create concepts, master sections, and B-side designs for automotive interior parts, ensuring engineering and tooling feasibility.
Interior Trim Expertise: Work on instrument panels, consoles, door trims, pillar trims, and related sub-assemblies.
Regulatory Compliance & Packaging: Conduct packaging studies and ensure compliance with interior trim design regulations.
NX Proficiency: Utilize NX (Unigraphics) Part & Surface workbench for detailed design and modeling.
Engineering Standards: Apply GD&T, gaps & flushness, and fit & finish requirements in all designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing engineering, and other departments; lead design review meetings.
Communication & Leadership: Demonstrate strong communication skills and manage customer interactions effectively.
