Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Solar Design Engineer - Electrical to design and develop rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

  • Design the complete electrical system layout for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV plants.
  • Prepare detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable routing, earthing layouts, and wiring schematics.
  • Perform load flow analysis, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and short-circuit studies.
  • Select and specify electrical components: inverters, string combiners, AC/DC panels, transformers, switchgear, and protection devices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV system components and electrical integration.
