Provide technical assistance on various projects and tasks as directed by management.
Oversee engineering projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate and collaborate with production department heads to continuously improve production processes.
Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to create precise technical designs and drawings.
Production & Design
Conceptualize, design, and develop metal and poly panel products and components, ensuring compliance with standards and cost-effectiveness.
Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models using CAD software.
Use CAD/CAM software, including Fabrication CAMduct, to develop design models and generate CNC toolpaths.
Design component layouts using Polyplan software.
Manage design requirements across all Australian states (South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia).
