Design Engineer

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Design and develop new tooling for Stamping and Plating processes .

Review, improve, and modify existing tools to enhance performance, quality, and productivity .

Analyze customer product drawings and evaluate feasibility using existing tooling and manufacturing processes.

Propose design changes, alternatives, or improvements when products cannot be manufactured using current tools or processes.

Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation .

Work closely with customers and suppliers on technical discussions, tooling requirements, and problem resolution.

Support production, quality, and engineering teams in troubleshooting tooling and process issues .

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling design and manufactur...
