- Responsible for complete estimation and design for the BMS/IBMS systems and related projects.
Qualifications
- Holds a bachelor’s in Engineering – Mechanical / Fire Safety
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Building Management Systems in an engineering/construction company
Skills
- In-depth technical knowledge about BMS/IBMS and metering solutions
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Visio, Star Draw, SketchUp
- In-depth knowledge for value engineering for estimating BMS/EMS/CMS systems
- Design and estimation for PLC and SCADA systems is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
