Job Description
- Review and vet civil and structural designs, drawings, and calculations submitted by consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC, NBC, Mo RTH, CPWD, and project specifications.
- Check consistency between design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Suggest value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and site teams.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Support closure of RFIs and technical clarifications.
- Prepare design review reports, approval notes, and technical recommendations.
- Maintain proper documentation control of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Assist in preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, and tender documents.
