  • Lead Design Vision: Shape creative concepts aligned with sustainability and brand standards.
  • Mentor Teams: Inspire and guide architects, designers, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Design Execution & Quality Control: Oversee architectural deliverables for aesthetic and functional benchmarks.
    Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept through delivery.
  • Design Strategy & Execution: Ensure designs maximize returns-balancing market appeal, cost efficiency, flexibility for phasing, and future expansion.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Integrate design with engineering, marketing, and construction.
  • Set Standards: Develop design guidelines and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Present and secure design approvals through compelling narratives.
    Design Review & Presentation: Conduct internal design reviews to maintain alignment with vision and quality parameters.
