Design Lead

Ready to lead our brand into the future? We’ve created a new Design Lead role to help us innovate and reach new creative heights. As our creative force, you will shape how we inspire and captivate travellers. You’ll conceptualise and execute campaigns that bring TripADeal’s mission to life while mentoring our talented designers to drive team success.

Organisational Structure

This role will be based primarily from our HQ in Byron Bay with ability to commute to our other TripADeal site on an as needed basis. This role also has the option to do a work location split; 3 days a week from our Varsity Lakes office and 2 days from our Byron Bay HQ. The position offers flexible working hours between 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm - you choose! As a 100% on-site business, a full time in-office presence is required in this role to foster connection, collaboration, and results.
