Role Overview: Design Manager
The Design Manager is responsible for leading a team of Interior Designers and Draftsmen while ensuring design excellence, adherence to Bonito’s design language, and seamless cross-functional coordination. This role blends creative leadership, client engagement, and project ownership, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Ownership
- Lead and manage end-to-end design delivery across multiple projects
- Define design strategy and planning at project kick-off
- Ensure consistency with Bonito’s design philosophy and quality benchmarks
- Review and approve all design outputs before client presentations
- Oversee 2D drawings, 3D designs, estimates, and BOQs
- Conduct design reviews at site and ensure execution alignment
