Here is an opportunity for a seasoned Senior Architect or Associate-level professional to step into a pivotal Design Manager role. This national business is expanding its presence in SA and partners directly with local developers, while also supporting Directors on their own development pipeline. You will be working in an environment where design, development, and commercial strategy come together, giving you the influence and ownership that traditional architecture roles often lack.

We are seeking an Architect who truly understands how to project‑manage design from the developer side. Someone who knows the pressures, the timeframes, the approvals process and can confidently steer the early phase of a project.
