Design Manager

*MUST HAVE HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL/APARTMENT EXPERIENCE*

A privately owned Melbourne property development group is seeking an experienced Design Manager from an architectural background to deliver a landmark high-rise residential tower in the CBD.

This is a hands-on role suited to an architect who can both document and manage , with strong capability in consultant coordination and design leadership from project commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• AutoCAD / Revit documentation and detailed design

• Lead consultant and design coordination meetings

• Coordinate consultant documentation across all disciplines

• Ensure design alignment with sales contracts and specifications

• Provide design guidance to external architects and consultants (internal & external)
