DESIGN MANAGER | COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Our client is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their dynamic team. You will work alongside a passionate and highly skilled project team within a reputable commercial construction company that truly values your contribution and hard work.

This role plays a pivotal part in leading and managing the design process across a range of projects within a growing and diverse sector. While exposure to commercial apartment and mixed-use developments will be highly regarded, a strong foundation in general commercial construction is essential.

• Collaborate with project, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design intent is achieved
• Oversee consultant design deliverables and manage design documentation through all project phases
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications

About You:

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
• Experienced in Design Management within commercial construction (essential)
• Proficient in Adobe, Bluebeam, and Procore
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Work alongside an experienced and supportive project team
• Exposure to a variety of high-quality commercial projects
