Design Manager An opportunity for a Design Manager has arisen to join an industry leading employer in the building services sector. My client designs, develops and delivers a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Ireland. What you will doing in your new role Ability to read and analysis employers requirement/tender documents Ability to produce schematics, calculations, specifications and plant schedules Ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the Kane design team members in person and via email. Lead DTMs on a weekly basis, setting targets for design output and delivering a quality design from concept through to fabrication. Produce fabrication detail drawings using fabCAD software. Coordinate services within plant areas from a buildability perspective, with an understanding of and eye for the requirements of other services & disciplines.
