Design Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to join our team in Whitefield Bangalore.The Branch Head will oversee the operations of the branch, drive sales strategies, and ensure top-tier customer experience while working closely with interior design projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in interior design with a strong focus on residential interiors is mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies aimed at driving business growth within the interior design domain.
• Experience with residential interiors, ensuring designs meet client specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong team leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the branch operations efficiently, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards in design, sales,product quality, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to advance customer acquisition and revenue, aiming for targets set by the company headquarters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of interior projects from conception to completion.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the service and outcomes provided by Homzinterio.
• Supervise the design and implementation phases of client projects, ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
• Mentor and lead a team of professionals, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging talent development.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging design innovations.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, project updates, and strategic opportunities for process improvements.
