Design Manager

Overview

As a Design Manager, you will report to the Co-founder and will work at the intersection of craft and leadership, solving complex UI/UX puzzles, and mentoring a high-performing team. Based in our Austin office, you will be the strategic bridge between our leadership team and our distributed design team in APAC and Europe. You won’t just help manage the roadmap; you will design it. This is a visible, high-impact role with significant room to grow as we expand our design organisation globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas, from early concepts and wireframes to polished prototypes.
• Drive product growth by identifying friction points and designing solutions that improve onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Maintain and evolve the Figma design system to ensure scalability and consistency across teams.
