Design Manager - Data Centres

Design Manager or Senior Design Manager - Data Centre Projects - Guaranteed Bonus. (Role will be a mix of remote working and site visits). Previous Data Centre project experience is essential.

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload. This employer is looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Design Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager. Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
• Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
• Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
