You’ll be joining a nationally recognised Tier 1 main contractor with a strong reputation for deliveringplex public sector schemes across the UK. Known for their collaborative approach andmitment to innovation, they are currently delivering a major refurbishment and new build programme on a secureernment site in Wiltshire. The project forms part of a wider framework agreement and is set to run for approximately two years.

Your new role

As Design Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the design process from preconstruction through to delivery. Working closely with the Architects and Project Manager on the project, you’ll manage consultant and subcontractor design teams, coordinate technical reviews, and ensure timely delivery of design information for procurement and construction.
