Overview:
In This Role, You Will:
Provide value-based support analysis for our clients that are tied to opportunities, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells (such as adding additional apps to clients’ packages), etc Perform evaluation on the client's current total event program and design a program using Cvent technology and services that align with their business goals Generates data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with Event Program Design team members and Sales counterparts Work directly with Event Program Design leadership to develop reports and dashboards to report on the impact and opportunities for team adoption Leverage Cvent Product knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function Work cross-functionally within the organization to support internal projects and support functions Perform other duties as assigned
Here's What You Need:
Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment Subject matter expertise in the Cvent Platform- preferably with a focus on meeting request form, workflow, budget management, Cvent Supplier Network, etc High level of analytical ability with expertise in reporting Experience selling or managing accounts in SaaS/technology/hospitality space a plus Experience supporting or managing accounts in SaaS/technology/hospitality space a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of computer literacy is a must Ability to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
