Resolve any issues that may arise with the buyers, Design Consultant(s), CEA(s) and/or Construction Manager(s) regarding the design option selections
Communicate requests for Change Orders and Agreement Alteration addenda with Community Director. If approved, assign to appropriate design team member and provide instruction to ensure alignment with Kolter Homes policies and procedures
Provide an elevated customer experience throughout the design studio appointments and home construction process
Intercompany Responsibilities
Work closely with Director of Design Studios and Design Manager during the planning, set‑up and maintenance of the Design Studio
