Design Manager - Infrastructure

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams.

• Assist in developing architecture design style.
• Managing the design by creative approach and aesthetic design.
• Responsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
• Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations.
• Qualitative architectural design review, comment, and recommendation.
• Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documents.
• Develop and review architectural asset briefs.
• Prepare SoW, specifications, reports and related data tables.
• Take initiative to develop design manuals, standard design documents.
