Join a leading player in the Building and Construction industry as a Design Manager (Façade / Building Envelope) based in Redhill. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6PM). What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee the façade design team to ensure project deliverables meet specifications, standards, and timelines.
• Plan, organize, and track design workflows to align with the overall construction program.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to design staff, ensuring productivity and design excellence.
