We have an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Design Manager to work in their offices in Manchester.
Job Description:
To oversee and manage the design process of construction projects valued up to £10m.
Responsibilities:
To work closely with project team, clients, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure the design is delivered on time and within budget.
Co-ordination, design development an management process across multiple projects.
To be the main point of contact for all design queries throughout the project.
Manage the approval process and ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to the projects commencing.
Requirements:
Degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
Chartered status (e.g. RIBA, ICE, CIOB) or working towards this preferred.
