Role & Responsibilities:

1. Design Excellence and Client Satisfaction

Lead the team to create outstanding interior design concepts and solutions.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and requirements.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional design work.

2. Project Management and Team Leadership

Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

3. Budget and Resource Management

Effectively allocate resources for design projects.

Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints while maintaining design quality.

4. Presentation Excellence

Develop and deliver persuasive pitch presentations to prospective clients.

Achieve a pitch presentation target monthly.

5. Quality Assurance

Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on design projects.

Ensure all design work meets Enside Elevation Interiors' high-quality standards.

6. Market Research and Innovation

Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.

Integrate new ideas and technologies into design processes to enhance creativity and efficiency
