are urgently looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead engineering design activities for material handling & process systems catering to Food & Pharma sectors.
Experience: 8–15 years
Reporting to: Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project design, concept development & CAD activities
* Understand project scope and deliver quality designs on time
* Design systems: Conveying, Unloading, Blending, Milling & Filling
* Design silos, rotating equipment & material handling systems
* Prepare BOM, design reviews & customer reports
* Early-stage manufacturing cost estimation
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Drive innovation, safety & customer-focused initiatives
Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of machining & fabrication processes
* Expertise in material handling systems: Screw, Belt & Pneumatic Conveying
* Knowledge of pumps, blowers & pneumatic circuits preferred
* Exposure to chemical processes is an advantage
