Role Overview: Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for leading a team of Interior Designers and Draftsmen while ensuring design excellence, adherence to Bonito’s design language, and seamless cross-functional coordination. This role blends creative leadership, client engagement, and project ownership , ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Design & Project Ownership

• Lead and manage end-to-end design delivery across multiple projects
• Define design strategy and planning at project kick-off
• Ensure consistency with Bonito’s design philosophy and quality benchmarks
• Review and approve all design outputs before client presentations
