Requirements:
At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
Experience in the design tasks managing for digital marketing and mediabuying teams.
Experience in handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and dozen clients.
Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, to align tasks with goals.
Expertise in managing a dozen of differently skilled designers.
Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design.
