Roles and Responsibilities

1) Study of new designs and CTQ identification and ensure
cascading @ supplier.
2)Study new designs and provide feedback CTQs. Ensure
DFM/DFA/DFS addressal3)Drive DFMEA practice
Ensure CFT participation.
CTQ identification and cascading4)Management of Market –Design Related issues for speedy
resolution through root cause analysis and countermeasure deployment
and cascading to new development projects.5)Base / After Market MP /GB issues Resolution
Gate tracking, Eventtrials, Dwg. Study.
Alignment & senior review (MQ/GB/GPP/PL)6)Supplier Evaluations/QAV L1
Confirmation of Supplier process / Quality APQP & QC Tool etc.
TFC Confirmation / action on all current issues - problem
Tracking.
