  • Purpose of Position

  • To validate structural/civil design deliverables for feasibility, safety, and economy, ensuring seamless construction execution.

  • Major Responsibilities

    • • Review contractor’s civil and structural drawings.
    • Check compliance with BIS codes and APCRDA guidelines.
    • Coordinate clash analysis with architectural and MEP designs.
    • Recommend value engineering and cost optimization.
    • Approve GFC drawings before execution.
    • Provide site-level guidance for technical clarifications.

    Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

  • • Quality and accuracy of reviewed designs.
    • Timeliness of approvals without delaying works.
    • Reduction in design-related RFIs and revisions.
    • Client satisfaction on design reliability.

    • Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, masters preferably in Structural engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential/Commercial / institutional.

  • Skills & Qualities:

  • Mastery in structural engineering.

  • Strong review and checking skills.

  • Attention to detail and safety awareness.

  • Coordination across disciplines.Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.

  • Should be able to manage a team under him.

  • Should have a pleasing personality

  • Good communication skills.
