Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Design Supervisor for Land Planning will assist with conceptual planning, production drawings, and site inspections/construction support for horizontal and vertical projects.
  • Conceptual planning, production drawings, and site inspections/construction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design and project management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry with a background in township planning.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and other relevant design software and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
