💼 Title : Creative Lead (Designer)

📍 Work Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune

✨ Experience: 7-10 years

⏲Shift timings: 3.30 PM - 1 AM IST (US shifts)

📅 Mode: Hybrid

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 7–10+ years of brand and marketing design in enterprise/regulatory environments;
  healthcare or complex B2B and B2C experience preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools.
• Lead end‑to‑end design development for multi‑channel content (digital/social, email/SMS, direct mail, thought leadership, event/executive materials), translating briefs into high‑quality visual assets and templates.
• Define visual systems (layout, component libraries, iconography, motion standards) and ensure consistency with Company's Brand Guidelines and co‑branding rules;
  steward accessibility and compliance requirements across deliverables.
• Partner with content managers and copywriters to establish scalable design patterns for modular content, personalization variants, and on‑brand adaptation across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences.
