Job Summary
Responsible for plans designs and construction documents. Develops and coordinates renovations expansions or construction for NEX facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Designs and develops a wide range and variety of functional space and equipment layouts and specifications involving all aspects of operational factors space allocations interior and exterior design master planning and construction budgeting and equipment selection utility requirements including plumbing HVAC electrical and refrigeration.
Reviews Architectural and Engineering A E plans and specifications comments and makes recommendations on layout interior design equipment and furniture selection utility requirements and placements.
Determines layout requirements functional and operational needs space allocations and inter-relationship of spaces equipment and fixture design customer traffic flow patron needs and comfort. Coordinates with NEXCOM codes and Navy Exchanges on d...
