Design Technology Integration Leader

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Manager – Design & technology to bridge the gap between IT and design technology users across Latinem. The role will ensure smooth integration, deployment, and support of design software across multiple departments such as Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, CRM, Collections, Community Management, and Facilities Management. The candidate will not focus on BIM implementation but instead support IT infrastructure, interoperability, and system integration for design technologies within Latinem.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support for Design Technology

• Oversee Autodesk software deployment, licensing, and compliance across the organisation.
• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure for Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Construction Cloud, etc.).
