Design Technology Lead

Duties:

·      Manage and maintain comprehensive CAD and BIM templates, family libraries, and standardized content for the organization

·      Administer, maintain and optimize project platforms including but not limited to ACC, SharePoint, and project management tools, with responsibility for system setup, template improvements, permissions, and optimization

·      Create detailed BIM Execution Plans for complex and large-scale projects

·      Conduct training sessions for staff, teach best practices, internal workflows and administer project-specific onboarding when needed

·      Perform advanced model performance analysis and optimization

·      Research, and implement digital tools/platforms and processes for QA/QC, project management, clash detection

·      Manage Licensing for Design Technology software

·      Oversee BIM implementation and coordination for staff and external consultants on all projects
