Design Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Design Trainer. The role involves conducting training sessions on design principles, developing curriculum, and preparing training materials. Responsibilities include fostering design thinking as a core skill, guiding learners through instructional design frameworks, and equipping teams with both theoretical and practical knowledge to excel in interior design projects.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and applying creative problem-solving approaches.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design for educational or training purposes.
• Strong skills in Teaching and Training to effectively convey concepts to learners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate trainees.
• Prior experience in the interior design industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.
