Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute verification plans, testbenches, and coverage strategies for complex digital designs.
- Perform functional and code coverage analysis, assertion-based verification, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with design and systems teams to ensure verification completeness and traceability.
- Utilize industry-standard simulation tools (e.g., Questa Sim, VCS, Aldec) for test execution and debugging.
- Coordinate verification activities across multiple projects and ensure adherence to DO-254 standards.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or VLSI Design.
- In-depth experience in verification planning, execution, and reviews.
- Expert-level proficiency in VHDL, SystemVerilog, UVM/UVMF, code coverage, and assertions.
- Strong scripting skills and familiarity with verification automation.
- Solid understanding of the DO-254 process and its application in safety-critical systems.

Good to Have
- Experience with DO-254 audits and certification processes.
- Familiarity with requirements traceability tools such as DOORS, Jama, Jira, or Polarion.
- Exposure to tool qualification and process documentation.
- Knowledge of industry-standard interfaces: PCIe, ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-818, SPI, AXI, Client.
