About the role

WA Country Builders is seeking a talented Designer to join their team in Perth, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that bring the company's vision to life. As a crucial member of the design team, you will play a key part in delivering innovative and functional projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Duties

• Provide a high level of technical design support to staff and other departments
• Ensure all designs align with the client brief, budget, residential design codes and relevant Local Government planning policies
• Act as a positive and collaborative team member, contributing to the vision and mission of the business
• Support the Design Manager in achieving divisional strategic objectives and play a meaningful role in the brands’ strategy and marketing direction
