About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Development & Designing Executive  to join our dynamic team in the printing and packaging sector. This role focuses on end-to-end product design and development, bridging the gap between factory operations, management, sales, and customers to deliver innovative packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of printing processes, and a proven ability to transform concepts into tangible, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead new product development  from concept to production, ensuring design feasibility and compliance with technical standards.

·       Collaborate closely with factory operations, management, customers, and the sales team  to align designs with client expectations and production capabilities.

·       Create high-quality designs  for packaging and print materials using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.

·       Conduct practical product assessments  and make recommendations to improve design, cost efficiency, and quality.

·       Support costing and budgeting by collaborating with the finance team using ERP.

·       Participate in factory visits and client meetings  frequently to monitor production, troubleshoot design challenges, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

·       Proficiency in CorelDRAW 2025 and Adobe Illustrator  with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience  in designing for printing/packaging.

·       Minimum 2 years of professional experience  in advertising, print media, printing & packaging, or related industries.

·       Exposure to offset and/or gravure printing processes  is preferred.

·       Familiarity with costing or ERP tools (Mannat ERP, SAP, Tally ) is a plus.

·       Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

·       Willingness to travel frequently  for factory visits and client meetings.

·       Flexibility to manage late working hours  as per project requirements.
